Cameron White

Owner

Cameron fell in love with the community aspect of group training after playing sports competitively and missing being part of a team. Group training helped her meet like-minded people while also getting into the best shape of her life.

In 2018, as a health coach and teacher with passion to expand her reach, she became the owner of Impact Fitness Co. Since then she has continued to create an inclusive environment where anyone can get started with improving their health through our personalized design and professional team of trainers. She holds a CF-L2 certification, a masters degree in Administration & Supervision (leadership), and is part of the Two-Brain Business Tinker program comprised of the best gym owners in America.

Ariail Lankford

Coach, CF-L2

After her time as college soccer player, Ariail fell in love with helping change the lives of individuals and communities through fitness. She enjoys coaching the importance of health of the whole person: physical, mental, and emotional, and how those components all come into play both inside and outside of the gym. Ariail serves as a nutrition coach, personal trainer, and group class coach.

Sarah is wise beyond her years as a coach and athlete. She has an incredible way of communicating exactly what people need to hear to fix their movements and improve their form. Sarah shines with coaching gymnastics and she manages to balance pushing people to their potential while also showing grace. Sarah coaches our group classes, 1:1 skill sessions, and leads specialty workshops.

Molly Mendez

Molly’s fitness journey started over 10 years ago in cross country equestrian as well as running. After serving in the Marine Corps, she is now currently serving in the Army National Guard while pursuing a degree in architecture. Molly found Impact Fitness Co. in 2023 and has never looked back! She loves to help people as a coach in our group classes and as a personal trainer.

Inna came to us as a highly experienced group class fitness instructor looking improve her own strength and mobility as a member in our classes. With time she joined our team as a personal trainer and does a phenomenal job working with clients from various backgrounds and fitness levels. Inna loves the challenge of programming to meet the specific needs of her 1:1 clients.

Hayden grew up doing martial arts and has coaching experience of about 10 years in the martial arts community. He started with Impact Fitness Co. as a member to help him continue to reach his fitness and strength goals. Hayden helps clients at various fitness levels continue to make progress through coaching them with an individualized approach in our group classes.

We have our space outfitted with a variety of cardio machines, free weights, and plenty of floor space. Our trainers are able to help clients prepare for any type of physical fitness with the use of our space and equipment.

Premium Amenities

Impact Fitness Co. offers a space designed to meet each client’s needs. Our facility has two main sections: one very large area to accommodate our large group classes, and a smaller upgraded space to serve our personal training and small group clients. Our coach offices provide a private space to conduct consultations and goal reviews to help ensure we take great care of each client and meet their specific needs. And, you won’t have to worry about finding a parking spot in our large lot.
