6 Week Group Nutrition Coaching

If you’ve been working hard in the gym but feel like your nutrition could use more structure, clarity, or consistency, this program is for you. Our 6 Week Group Nutrition Coaching runs from January 26 to March 6 and is designed to help you build sustainable nutrition habits that actually support your goals. This isn’t a restrictive meal plan or a quick fix. It’s a supportive, educational program that teaches you the why behind your food choices so you can fuel your body with confidence long after the six weeks are over.

So, why Join Our 6-Week Nutrition Coaching? Throughout the six weeks, you’ll be supported every step of the way with. We will offer weekly Zoom calls for education, coaching, and collaboration. In addition, you will receive daily nutrition tips to keep you focused and motivated, as well as built in accountability to help you stay consistent even on busy days. However, most importantly, you’ll learn the foundational building blocks of nutrition that support muscle growth, energy balance, and improved sleep quality.

It is important to recognize that through this program, we will take the guesswork out of nutrition by giving you practical tools you can actually use. This includes resources such as meal guides, grocery lists, macronutrient food lists, high-protein meal and snack suggestions, and meal planning support to fit your lifestyle. Whether you’re cooking for one or feeding a family, you’ll gain confidence in making food choices that align with your goals.

Recently, one of our members, Hannah, committed to dialing in her nutrition alongside her training and the results truly followed. By focusing on balanced meals and consistency, she’s seen increased muscle mass and reduced body fat, along with improved energy and confidence in her food choices. Her success is a perfect example of what happens when training and nutrition work together.
