Bring a Friend Week at Impact is Here!

Have a friend who’s been curious about the gym? This is the perfect time to bring them along! From August 25–30 ONLY, we’re hosting Bring a Friend Week, which means your friends can visit the gym as many times as they want for free. Whether they want to try a group fitness class, join you for a personal training session, or just explore the gym, everything is open to them all week long.

Group fitness classes are a great way to introduce someone to the gym environment. They offer built-in motivation, as working out alongside others helps push you to give your best effort. Classes also create a strong sense of community, making it easier to stay accountable and even make a few new friends. With guidance from coaches, your friend will learn proper technique and stay safe while getting a great workout. Plus, with a variety of movements, there’s something for every fitness level and preference.

So if you’ve got a friend who’s been thinking about getting started, now’s the time. Invite them to join you, and share the experience together.
