Bring a Friend Week is coming to Impact Fitness Co from March 2 to March 7, and we couldn’t be more excited to open our doors to our extended community. For one full week, we’re inviting you to bring a friend, family member, coworker, or anyone who has been curious about trying Impact to experience our gym completely FREE. If you’ve been telling someone, “You should come try a class with me,” this is the perfect opportunity. Starting something new can feel intimidating, but walking in with a familiar face makes all the difference. This week is about removing that barrier and making it easier than ever for someone to take the first step.
During Bring a Friend Week, your guest can attend free workouts all week long with no experience required. They can join any group class on the schedule and will be guided by our positive, knowledgeable coaches every step of the way. We pride ourselves on creating an environment where people feel welcomed, supported, and challenged at their own level. Whether your friend has never worked out before or is simply looking for something new, our coaching team will meet them where they are and ensure they feel comfortable and confident. More than just great workouts, they’ll experience the motivating community that makes Impact Fitness Co so special.
Participating is simple! Pick a class on the schedule, show up about 10 minutes early, and bring a friend ready to get moving. That’s it. No complicated process! just an opportunity to share something meaningful with someone you care about. Fitness is about more than just exercise, it’s about building strength, confidence, and lasting habits alongside a supportive community. Bring a Friend Week is our chance to help more people experience that for themselves. We can’t wait to meet the new faces walking through our doors March 2 through March 7 and continue growing the Impact family together.
