Our Sports Performance Program

Whether you’re on the field, court, or track, every athlete knows that success starts with preparation. Our Sports Performance Program is designed specifically for young athletes ages 12–17 who want to take their game to the next level. Led by Coach Bobby, this program focuses on building the speed, agility, explosiveness, and strength that translate directly into better performance in any sport. Classes are held every Monday and Wednesday from 4:30–5:30 PM, offering athletes a consistent opportunity to train, improve, and grow in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Sports performance training goes beyond general fitness, it’s about developing the athletic qualities that make you faster, stronger, and more resilient in your sport. Through structured workouts and professional coaching, athletes learn proper movement mechanics, strength-building techniques, and conditioning strategies that enhance performance and reduce the risk of injury.
