For four weeks, you’ll have the opportunity to earn up to five points per day by completing simple but powerful habits: sleeping at least seven hours, drinking at least 100 ounces of water, exercising for at least 30 minutes, eating clean by avoiding alcohol, sweets, fried foods, and soda, and completing a daily habit of your choice. Whether that’s mobility work, reading, journaling, or something as simple as making your bed. These habits aren’t extreme, but when done consistently, they become life-changing. That’s the goal of this challenge. The goal is to improve your daily habits with small changes that create a lasting impact.

This challenge is about more than just checking boxes. It’s about building a lifestyle. When you join, you’ll be surrounded by group and team accountability and support to keep you motivated every step of the way. You’ll also receive guidance through two Zoom workshops focused on nutrition, have the opportunity to earn weekly team awards, and track your progress with InBody scans that measure muscle mass and body fat. And of course, there are prizes for the winners to add a little extra incentive along the way. Whether you’re someone who thrives on competition or someone who simply needs structure and accountability, this challenge is designed to meet you where you are.

While physical results like fat loss or muscle gain are great, the real goal goes much deeper. It’s about becoming the type of person who prioritizes sleep, fuels their body properly, stays consistent with movement, and follows through on commitments.
