Take the first step toward achieving your goals.
If you’ve been waiting for the “right time” to reset your routine, this is it. Our upcoming Lifestyle Challenge isn’t about quick fixes or extreme diets, it’s about building sustainable habits that actually stick. The small things you do every day add up, and over time, they create real, lasting change. This challenge is designed to help you stay consistent, accountable, and supported every step of the way. Join us for just $20 a week for our Lifestyle Challenge running from April 27 to May 24! The challenge includes group and team accountability and support, a strong community, two Zoom workshops focused on nutrition guidance, weekly team awards, in-body scans to track muscle mass and body fat, and prizes for the winners.
Here’s how it works: each day, you’ll earn 1 point for every habit you complete, up to 5 points per day. You’ll track your points daily, and those who average 4 or more points throughout the challenge will be entered to win some epic prizes. The habits we’ll focus on are simple but powerful! These include getting at least 7 hours of sleep each night, drinking at least 100 oz. of water, exercising for at least 30 minutes, eating healthy whole foods, and choosing one personal habit to improve. Our nutrition guidelines are straightforward… focus on whole, minimally processed foods and avoid candy or sweets, regular soda, alcohol, and fried foods. It’s not about restriction, but about fueling your body in a way that helps you feel your best.
What makes this challenge so impactful is the real change people experience when they commit to these habits. One participant shared, “I gained awareness as far as eating habits, stopped using sugary, bad creamers, and am more intentional with my walks + movement each day!” Another said, “I’m much more active! My resting heart rate has lowered. I feel better and stronger. My work day feels better because of my morning walks.” Others noticed, “I increased my water intake. My mood is better due to increased exercise. I have more time in the morning due to having better habits.” These are the kinds of results that come from consistency and intention over time.
Even better, you don’t have to be a member of the gym, or even local, to join. This challenge is fully remote, making it perfect to do with friends, coworkers, or family no matter where you are. It’s a great way to stay connected, motivated, and accountable together. At the end of the day, this isn’t just a challenge, it’s an opportunity to build habits that help you feel better, move better, and live better. Grab your friends, build your team, and join us for the Lifestyle Challenge from April 27 through May 24!
