With knowledgeable coaching, a supportive community, and built-in accountability, our summer programs are designed to help participants of all ages build confidence and achieve their goals.
For young athletes, our Summer Sports Performance Program is the perfect way to stay ahead of the competition. Running from June 1 through July 29, this program meets on Mondays and Wednesdays at 10:00 AM and is designed for athletes ages 12-17. Sessions focus on improving speed, strength, power, athleticism, and injury prevention, helping athletes develop the skills they need to perform at their highest level. Whether your child plays football, soccer, volleyball, basketball, or any other sport, this program provides the tools to become a stronger, more confident athlete heading into their next season.
For women looking to build strength and confidence in a supportive environment, our Women’s Only Strength Training Program is an excellent option. Running from June 1 through July 30, participants can choose between Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:00 AM or Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:00 AM. This beginner-friendly program is designed to help women establish a consistent fitness routine, improve strength, lose body fat, move better, and connect with a community of like-minded women. Many women feel intimidated when starting a fitness journey, but this program provides the coaching, encouragement, and accountability needed to feel successful both inside and outside the gym.
Our Kids Fitness Classes offer another great opportunity for children to stay active throughout the summer. These classes focus on helping kids develop strength, coordination, balance, confidence, and healthy habits through fun and engaging activities.
