The Impact Lifestyle Challenge Is Back — And You’re Invited!

If you’ve been craving more consistency with your daily habits, now’s your chance to reset and refocus. The Impact Lifestyle Challenge is back this fall, running from October 20 to November 16 — and it’s open to everyone (yes, even if you’re not a current member)!

This 4-week challenge is designed to help you build sustainable, healthy habits through small daily actions that add up to big changes. Each day, you’ll earn points for completing five key habits: getting at least 7 hours of sleep, drinking 100 oz of water, exercising for 30 minutes, eating clean (no alcohol, sweets, soda, or fried food), and completing a habit of your choice (like 10 minutes of stretching, reading, or even making your bed).

We’re all about progress over perfection, so there’s built-in flexibility to help you stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. Whether you’re looking to kickstart your nutrition, get more regular with workouts, or simply feel better day to day, this is a supportive, judgment-free way to do it.

You’ll be part of a team, giving you group accountability and friendly competition to keep things fun. The challenge also includes two Zoom workshops, at-home workout options, and in-body scans at the beginning and end so you can track your progress beyond the scale. Plus, there are prizes up for grabs, based on participation and overall point totals.

We’ve seen amazing results from past participants, not just during the challenge, but months later as they continue the habits they built. This is more than just a short-term push. It’s your first step toward long-term consistency.
